Return Policy
Vintage Club Clothing has over a decade of experience in the sale of vintage clothing. Our commitment to quality and authenticity has maintained our customer base for years, and we thank everyone for their ongoing support. We scour the globe to offer only the finest vintage items, each of which is carefully inspected and accurately described prior to listing. In our 10+ years in the vintage fashion industry, we have had very few requests for returns. While returns are uncommon due to our rigorous quality checks, we are committed to addressing any issues if an item qualifies for return under our policy.
Due to the nature of vintage clothing, all sales are final unless the item meets the following prerequisites for return or exchange:
Returns and Exchanges
We are dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction. Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- Returns are accepted for items that have been grossly misrepresented or do not match the listing description.
- Items qualify for return if they have significant damage not disclosed in the listing or if there is a size discrepancy of 2 inches or more from the listed measurements.
Return Request Process:
- You must contact us at info@vintageclubclothing.com within 24 hours of delivery as determined by tracking information and wait for approval before sending any items back.
- The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and retain its original, unaltered tags as attached.
- If the original packaging has been compromised during opening, the item may be placed in a suitable alternative package for return.
Approved returns must be shipped with proof of tracking information provided to us within 48 hours of approval. Shipping costs are nonrefundable, and buyers are responsible for safe and secure shipping, as we are not responsible for any items returned to us damaged or lost.
We take great care in accurately listing item details and measurements. Please review our sizing and measurements guides for detailed information before purchasing. Returns that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted.
Cancellations
We process orders quickly, shipping twice daily, every day. Since most orders are shipped the same day they are placed, cancellations are not accepted.
Refunds/Exchanges (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the final approval or rejection of your refund after completing the inspection.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that refunds may not immediately show on your account, depending on the processing time of your credit card company.
Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, if approved. Unfortunately, sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.
Additional Notes
All items are processed with an initial handwash/steam cleaning or dry cleaning prior to entering our studio for photography. However, not all items have been spot treated, and any condition issues will be noted in the item description. Due to the unique nature of vintage clothing, there may be occasional slight or trivial imperfections. While we take great care of used garments once they reach us, they have had a previous life, so we cannot guarantee their longevity. This includes, but is not limited to, construction details (such as thread integrity and seams), fabrics, materials, pigments, dyes, trims, and adornments on the item. Vintage items are sold “as is.”
Most items are previously owned and used. Natural wear is to be expected when purchasing a vintage item, given its age and history. We make every attempt to list any prominent flaws within our item descriptions.
